RIOF — LONG-TERM IT INFRASTRUCTURE, NETWORK & SECURITY ADMINISTRATION
ASAPTKS Inc. has provided long-term IT infrastructure, network and security administration for RIOF Inc. in Alpharetta, Georgia, with the relationship documented from April 2013 to the present.
Over the years, the environment has evolved from a traditional office and warehouse network into an integrated business infrastructure supporting servers, workstations, Microsoft 365, wired and wireless networking, WatchGuard firewall security, secure remote-access VPN, business communications, data protection and IP surveillance.
This long-term relationship demonstrates a different side of ASAPTKS: not only designing and deploying infrastructure, but continuing to secure, modernize, troubleshoot and administer it as the customer’s technology needs evolve.
INFRASTRUCTURE EVOLUTION
2013 — NETWORK FOUNDATION
In 2013, ASAPTKS implemented the foundation of RIOF’s office and warehouse technology environment, including the business network, centralized server infrastructure, workstations, network-connected printers and scanning resources, shared business data, switching and network security.
This established the core infrastructure that ASAPTKS would continue to support, expand and modernize as RIOF’s operational requirements evolved.
2022 — CLOUD & BUSINESS SYSTEMS MODERNIZATION
In 2022, ASAPTKS continued modernizing RIOF’s business technology environment with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based business services, helping extend the infrastructure beyond the traditional on-premises network.
This modernization became another layer of the long-term technology strategy—connecting the existing network and business systems with modern cloud services while maintaining ongoing administration and support.
2023 — PHYSICAL SECURITY EXPANSION
In 2023, ASAPTKS expanded RIOF’s infrastructure with an upgraded IP video-surveillance system, including PoE-connected cameras, NVR infrastructure, network cabling and related installation work.
The surveillance environment was integrated into the existing network infrastructure, extending the same structured approach used for RIOF’s business systems into physical security and remote visibility.
2024 — SECURE REMOTE ACCESS
In 2024, ASAPTKS continued strengthening RIOF’s secure remote-access capabilities using WatchGuard Mobile VPN with IKEv2, supporting authorized users who needed protected connectivity to business network resources while working remotely.
ASAPTKS also provided ongoing troubleshooting and administration of the VPN environment, helping maintain reliable remote connectivity as devices, users and operational requirements changed.
2026 — NETWORK SECURITY MODERNIZATION
In 2026, ASAPTKS deployed and configured a new WatchGuard Firebox as part of RIOF’s continuing network-security modernization. The implementation included integration with the existing business network, firewall security policies, VPN connectivity and testing to maintain secure access to business resources.
ASAPTKS continues to administer the firewall, VPN connectivity and related network infrastructure as RIOF’s technology requirements evolve.
ONGOING IT & NETWORK ADMINISTRATION
RIOF’s technology environment continues to be administered and supported by ASAPTKS as an integrated business infrastructure. Ongoing services include network and firewall administration, VPN and remote-access support, wired and wireless networking, server and workstation support, Microsoft 365, backup operations, switching, Wi-Fi, CCTV, PBX/VoIP and related business technology systems.
This continuing relationship allows the infrastructure to evolve as RIOF’s operational requirements change—rather than treating the network, security, communications and business systems as separate projects.
