AOI — COMMERCIAL NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE
ASAPTKS Inc. was selected to implement the low-voltage network infrastructure for Applied Optoelectronics (AOI)’s Atlanta-area laboratory in Duluth, Georgia. The project included structured copper cabling, fiber-optic backbone infrastructure, MDF/IDF connectivity, equipment racks, cable pathways, labeling, termination, testing, and network infrastructure supporting the facility’s business and laboratory operations.
The work was performed under Gwinnett County commercial permit COMBLD2025-01371. The project’s Low Voltage Final inspection passed on its first recorded inspection on October 23, 2025.

PROJECT SCOPE & IMPLEMENTATION
ASAPTKS implemented the low-voltage network infrastructure supporting Applied Optoelectronics’ Atlanta-area laboratory and business operations. The project included structured copper cabling, dedicated single-mode fiber backbones, MDF/IDF infrastructure, equipment racks, patch panels, cable management, enterprise switching, Wi-Fi access points, firewall integration, VLANs and network segmentation.
The installation included termination, labeling, testing and documentation of the copper and fiber infrastructure, providing an organized and scalable network foundation for the facility.
PERMITTED, INSPECTED & PROVEN
This project was completed under Gwinnett County commercial permit COMBLD2025-01371. The Low Voltage Final inspection was recorded as PASS on October 23, 2025, with no failed inspection recorded before the final approval.
